About Emma Watt

Between 1998 and 2006 Emma was employed as the Industrial Relations Manager for the Timber Merchants’ Association in Victoria, helping members achieve their human resources aims through agreements and advice.  She has produced numerous sample documents for small to medium sized businesses to use in the management of their staff.

Emma visits members and clients to learn about their businesses, so she can give them advice that takes elements of the industrial relations systems and makes it relevant to their business.  Simple!

And when it gets to the Australian Industrial Relations Commission, she has the experience to help her clients through the process – Emma knows what is required and can help any business negotiate what can be tricky waters.
